1. Confirming customers’ requests

2. Set up a project team

Our sales representative will contact the customer to confirm the project details, set up a project team, and mark all contents of the product according to the customer's requirements. Includes material requirements, product dimensions, physical properties, fatigue properties, regulatory and environmental requirements and target markets.

3. According to request, design product to fulfill customer’s technical parameter and do 3D simulation

Through the preliminary communication with the customer to obtain the relevant information,

the spring, hardware, car parts parameters calculation design, draw 3D map to meet customer requirements.

4. Design product to match product’s mechanical requirement

5. Project feedback communication

Our sales representative feed back the proposal to the customer. Let customers know what we need and how we process it.

6. Material ordering

Purchase order material and do import quality check according to product requirement.

7. Sample preparation and testing

Carry out sample debugging according to product requirements. After the completion of debugging, the company will carry out relevant inspection and test within the company. After the confirmation of OK, the samples will be sent to customers for inspection and test.

8. Project completion

After the samples pass the customer's various tests, the relevant recognition materials will be provided to the customer for confirmation by both parties, and the samples will enter the mass production.
