Now, there are a series of CNC spring machines, CNC turning machines, automatic punching machines, wire-cutting machines and inspection instruments. For precision spring, we now have more than 180 precision spring machines which can produce all kinds of pull springs, pressing springs, industrial springs, torsion springs and deformed springs, which wire diameter from 0.03mm to 8.0mm.For precision punching, there are 120 punching machines and related processing machines, which can produce all kinds of brackets, covers, terminals, which sheet thickness is from 0.05mm to 10.0mm.Besides, we have 60 turning lathes which can process the diameter of straight bar from 1.0 to 50.0mm. Our product has been widely applied to medical, automotive, consumer electronic area.
